Gingrich land to support Fred Thompson

And former Senator Fred Thompson, a lawyer from the reality of life may be better known to play one on TV, support for Newt Gingrich on Monday night.

"I came to the growing awareness that Newt Gingrich is the man who can express what is all about America," said Thompson, the former president of the Council of Representatives on Fox News.

Thompson won, who played District Attorney Arthur Branch on "Law & Order", and the role after nearly ten years of tenure in the Senate. Before that, he practiced law from the private sector and the federal government. "I do not think it's just a feature we can say that I know nothing about this process from the federal government," he said. "I know nothing about it. Newt knows nothing about, it is a huge mess."

But fans seeking a glimpse of Thomson - television replays as well - could be out of luck.

"I will do some things, and I'm sure, and there is a full time job," he said of his role in the campaign Gingrich. "I'm not going to be a spokesman for the campaign or anything like that."

The approval came on Gingrich debate their rivals by voters to the Republican Party in Tampa, Florida
